Every Be Free Bakers product is lovingly made by hand in a shared, small batch kitchen. We purposefully test for gluten at random intervals using the Elisa Method.
Similar in nature to a snickerdoodle cookie, but in a Be Free Bakers kind of way with REAL cinnamon from Sri Lanka - Organic and Fair Trade, of course... ;-) Some of our gluten-eating friends say this is their favorite of the BFB cookies, but only you can decide your own favorite - try them all and let us know!
